 SOWEGA Crash Reconstruction and Consulting, LLC was formed in 2023 and specializes in reconstructing traffic crashes. We have training and real-world experience in investigating and reconstructing all types of traffic crashes.  The founder of SOWEGA Crash Reconstruction and Consulting, LLC, Jeffrey Swanner is a retired Georgia State Trooper. During his time with the Georgia State Patrol (GSP), Mr. Swanner was assigned the Specialized Collision Reconstruction Team (SCRT).  During his tenure on GSP SCRT, Mr. Swanner was promoted to the rank of Corporal on SCRTG, with an office in Americus.  To learn more about the training and experiences that Mr. Swanner has to offer, click the Training and Experience tab.
